Community members in Northern Ghana identified successful AWM technologies through PGIS

One of the VBDC projects, V1, is on Targeting and Scaling out of successful Agriculture water management (AWM) interventions in the basin.  The V1 project objective is to develop an evidence and knowledge-based tool to assess and map the likelihood that a given intervention will be successful in given locations, at the basin scale. 

V1 uses multiple research approach to develop and apply such a decision support tool for scaling out successful AWM interventions. To start with, expert stakeholder consultation was used to identify successful AWM interventions northern Ghana. (…)
